Return & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy
We have a NO return policy, which means you cannot return an item after it is purchased.
If the customer believes they should be be eligible for a return, email us for further information.
To start a return request, you can contact us at blindwithoutfaith@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
If an item has never delivered to the customer, an item delivered to the customer with errors, or an item was delivered that was not the item the customer purchased. Please contact us with the email listed above.
Exchanges
We have a NO exchange policy, items cannot be returned and exchanged for another item. If the customer has received the wrong sizing of an item and requests an exchange with proof, we will gladly grant your request. Please email us with the email listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
